12 day count down

The countdown to departure is on for a team of 11 to depart for Zambia on January 3.  One will come from Texas, one Milwaukee, one Denver and the rest from Kansas City.  We'll hook up at Dulles airport and proceed from there.  Supplies are being gathered, lessons planned, passports located, and suitcases dusted off.  The excitement builds!  So many plans for this trip including the introduction of a bicycle generator income generating project (for cell phones), and training classes for Child Support Specialists to work with the grieving children.  We're also hoping to lay the cornerstone for the long-awaited new classrooms in Chipulukusu, Zambia.  Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus!
